We are a team of nurses, paramedics and healthcare workers who are passionate about spreading the knowledge and experience we have to anyone who is interested to learn. We have all had real life experience of using first aid, so can tell you what it really feels like. Our training will give you more than the standard training as we are able to add in extras such as use of epi-pens and inhalers, if you have specific requirements for your training we will adapt to provide it for you. All of our courses are accredited, so you know you are getting a quality training.

Fun & friendly family first aid classes! Learn life saving skills at one of our local venues, or in the comfort of your own home. We will teach you how to calmly deal with emergencies involving babies and children. Topics covered include CPR, choking, head injuries, febrile seizures, meningitis, anaphylaxis, burns, bleeds and shock. Classes are 2hrs and cost £25/person. Relaxed classes, with plenty opportunity to ask questions, and practice skills. Emergency Paediatric FA (6hr) & Paediatric First Aid (12hr) courses can also be delivered to those requiring a certified qualification. Classes for primary/secondary school children are also available on request.

Our aim is to deliver the highest quality training with fantastic training aids in a well-equipped training centre. People who attend our training courses gain their skills and confidence in a relaxed atmosphere from a hands-on practical and friendly approach. Our trainer will work with the students to ensure that they are fully confident and competent in their first aid skills. We will ensure you receive the most effective training available. Whether you need First Aid or Mental Health First Aid training for work or want to learn for your everyday life, we have a course to suit you. You can either book a scheduled course, or if you have a group of up to 12 people who need training you can book a full course. Come along to our training centre which has 2 training rooms which can be used according to the size of our classes. However if you are not local to us we are happy to use a venue somewhere closer to yourself.
